Novaport to get 75% in Barnaul airport, build 3 bln rbl terminal ‘22

BARNAUL, Feb 19 (PRIME) -- Russian airport holding Novaport of tycoon Roman Trotsenko plans to attain a 75% stake in the airport of Barnaul and build a new 3 billion ruble terminal by 2023, Transport Minister of the Altai Region Alexander Dementyev said on Wednesday.

Novaport holds 48% in company Altai, which owns the airport, the regional government has 52%.

“The charter capital of the aviation company is to be raised via an issuance of 352,100 shares. Novaport will buy the shares at market value, as a result will have a 75% minus one stake,” Dementyev said.
